Hi there! Thank you for sharing your passion for holistic wellness with me.
My name is Ashley. I’ve been a nurse for over a decade, and I hold my MSN in Education and Leadership. Nursing shaped me in powerful ways, but it also opened my eyes to the gaps in our healthcare system, especially after I sustained a permanent back injury while working at the bedside.
What followed was a year and a half of frustration, minimal progress, and a deep ethical discomfort with how limited true healing felt within conventional care. That season forced me to ask bigger questions. It pushed me inward.
In 2018, I began my holistic journey, determined to understand healing from the inside out. Not just symptom management, but root cause work. Not just treatment, but alignment. That journey changed my life.
Since then, I’ve walked through pregnancy and birth naturally, deepened my education in holistic health, and built Beyond the Elements, a wellness boutique rooted in intentional, handcrafted, all-natural support for the nervous system and overall wellbeing.
In December 2025, I expanded this vision by opening Becoming Aligned, my holistic health practice. Becoming Aligned was born from the desire to sit with people more deeply; to provide education, nervous system support, lifestyle guidance, and personalized care plans that empower individuals to take ownership of their health. It is where my nursing background and holistic training meet, blending science with intuition and structure with soul.
I am still a nurse. I am still a lifelong learner. But now I’m also a holistic health practitioner on a mission, helping others reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel empowered in their healing journey.
Most importantly, I’m a mom in a beautiful blended family of five children. Motherhood continues to be my greatest teacher and grounding force.
I truly believe the mind and body are inseparable. When we support both with intention, safety, and awareness, we create space for real transformation.
Thank you for being here and for walking this journey with me.
